- Send a voice note: No time to type? Just talk. Vereda listens and turns it into a task.
- Forward it: A customer message, a photo of a receipt, or a PDF invoice. Forward it the way you would pass it to an employee.
- Reply with an ok: When it asks if it can send something, one tap approves it. If you want to change something, just say so.

Prefer the computer or e-mail? That works too: Vereda opens in your browser, and your company gets its own e-mail address.

## How it learns your business

Like a new employee on day one: you explain once, and it takes notes.

1. A talk about your business: Vereda asks what you sell, who your customers are, and what takes up your time. It keeps everything and does not ask again.
2. It uses what you already use: Spreadsheets, e-mail, Instagram, Google Ads, the company system. You connect once, and the team works through those accounts.
3. When an access is missing, it shows the way: If it needs an access key, Vereda explains step by step where to get it. You enter the key yourself in Settings, or you type the password on the employee's computer. Never in a message.

- Vereda (team leader): Vereda sums up the team's morning. Chat with Vereda. It sums up the morning work of each AI employee.
- Sofia (E-mail): Sofia sorted 12 e-mails and answered 5 customers. Chat with Sofia, who takes care of e-mail. She lists today's e-mails and says what she answered.
- Caio (Proposals): Caio built the proposal and asks for your OK to send it. Chat with Caio, who builds proposals. A card asks the owner's OK to send the proposal to Padaria Sol.
- Bia (Content): Bia left 3 posts for the week for you to approve. Chat with Bia, who creates posts. She lists the 3 posts of the week and shows Monday's text.

- Leo (Calendar): Leo rescheduled 3 slots and told the customers. Chat with Leo, who takes care of the calendar. He lists the 3 rescheduled slots.

## Frequently asked questions

- What is an AI employee? It is an assistant made with artificial intelligence that takes care of one kind of work, like payments, the calendar or customer service. It is not a person and has no salary. Vereda creates each one, explains the work and checks the result.
- Does each AI employee cost extra? No. You can have as many AI employees as you need. What counts is the work done: each plan comes with a monthly credit, and the credit is used only when the team works.
- Do I need to understand technology? No. You talk to Vereda in plain words, the way you would talk to a person. It builds the team and asks for your ok on important actions.
- Where is the company's data kept? In an area that is yours alone. Vereda asks for your permission before using any AI service with your data.
- Do I need to install anything? No. It works on the WhatsApp you already use, in the browser and by e-mail.
- What if the AI employee makes a mistake? Nothing important goes out without your ok. You correct it, and it keeps the correction for next time.
- What happens if I cancel? Vereda stops working. Before that, you can export your data and delete the account in the settings.
- Does it work with my WhatsApp? Yes. You confirm your number and talk to Vereda on WhatsApp. When this feature is on for your account, you can also connect your company's WhatsApp to Vereda. The WhatsApp Business app stays on your phone. Vereda reads your customers' messages and drafts the replies.
- Does my company get an e-mail address? Yes. Each company has an e-mail address, such as vereda@yourcompany.vereda.bot. You copy or forward e-mails to it. The team takes care of them.
- Does the AI answer my customers by itself? No. Nothing goes to a customer without your ok. You approve each reply. If you want, you can allow one kind of reply for good.
- Can someone fool the AI by pretending to be me? Only you give orders to the team, inside your account. Vereda treats text from outside, such as a customer's message or an e-mail, as text. That text is not an order. Important actions still ask for your ok.
- How do I ask for a new employee? Ask Vereda in the chat. Say the work you need. It asks a few questions, like in an interview. Then it creates the employee and gives it the first task.
- Does it connect to the tools I already use? Yes. You connect each app once, in Settings, in the Integrations section. The team uses the account you connected: e-mail, such as Gmail and Outlook, calendar, spreadsheets, Instagram, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Slack and Notion. If your system has no ready integration, the AI employee enters it through its own computer. Or Vereda shows you step by step how to create an access key.
- Does it manage my Google and Instagram ads? Yes, if you connect the account and ask. The AI employee reviews the campaigns, shows where the budget gets lost and suggests changes. Changing the budget or publishing an ad always goes through your ok.
- What are credits? Credit measures the team's work. It works like a phone data plan: each plan comes with an amount every month, and the team's work uses that credit. An idle employee uses nothing. If the credit runs out, you can buy more.
