For help with Vereda, write to [suporte@vereda.bot](mailto:suporte@vereda.bot). Say what you expected, what happened, and paste the error message. Do not send passwords, API keys, tokens or other secrets.

You can delete your account in the account settings. Deleting it erases the team, the memories and the data of your workspace. For privacy requests (Brazil's LGPD), see the [privacy policy](https://vereda.bot/en/privacy/) and contact the data protection officer.
