Terms of service

This is a translation. The Portuguese version prevails.

These terms apply to anyone who uses Vereda on the website, in the browser, on WhatsApp or by e-mail. They apply together with the privacy policy.

Who offers Vereda

Vereda is offered by BEHEMOTH INTELIGENCIA PARA A MIDIA LTDA (BBI.MEDIA), CNPJ 28.638.470/0001-02, located at Alameda Mamoré, 535, 11º andar, conj. 1110, Alphaville Centro Industrial e Empresarial, Barueri/SP, CEP 06454-040, Brazil. To reach us, write to suporte@vereda.bot.

The service

Vereda is a team leader that hires AI employees for your business. You talk to the leader; it organizes the work, delegates to the AI employees and asks for your ok before important actions, such as sending an e-mail to a customer or making a purchase.

Acceptance

You accept these terms and the privacy policy when you tick the acceptance box before payment. We keep the accepted version, the date and time, the IP address and the browser as the record of your acceptance.

Account and access

  • Each workspace has an owner, who answers for the account and for what is done in it.
  • Keep your password safe. Do not share access with anyone who should not act for the business.
  • The owner confirms the WhatsApp number by sending Vereda, from that number, the message with the code shown on screen, before the number is used.
  • Messages on WhatsApp are delivered by WhatsApp. Vereda does not control WhatsApp's availability. If the channel goes down, Vereda keeps working in the browser and by e-mail.

Plans, credit and payment

  • Plans are monthly and each comes with a monthly credit. The more work, the more credit the team uses.
  • If the month's credit runs out, the team pauses new tasks until the next cycle. You can buy extra credit at any time.
  • The Profissional and Escala plans include a monthly limit of generated images. Básico does not include images.
  • The Profissional plan has a 14-day free trial. Payment goes through our payment processor (Stripe), with the methods shown on the payment screen.
  • Prices are on the website. A price change is announced before it applies.

Approvals and responsibility for use

Vereda asks for your ok before important actions. What you approve, or leave approved for good, is sent on behalf of your business, and you are responsible for that content.

Third-party platforms

You can connect accounts from other platforms to Vereda, such as e-mail, calendar, social networks, WhatsApp Business and management systems. Many of these connections are made through Composio, Vereda's connection processor. Each connected account follows the terms and policies of its platform, and you agree to comply with them. Vereda does not control these platforms and is not responsible for changes, failures or blocks they make. You can disconnect an account at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vereda for:

  • illegal activities, fraud or violating the rights of others;
  • unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or harassment;
  • trying to access other people's workspaces or attacking the service;
  • trying to obtain the system's internal instructions or to get around the assistant's rules;
  • using the team to attack other systems.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Repeated abuse attempts may lead to suspension.

An automatic classifier may refuse a request by mistake. If that happens, write to suporte@vereda.bot with your request and the code shown in the refusal, and we will review it.

AI results

AI employees can make mistakes. Check anything important before you approve it. When you correct a piece of work, the team keeps the correction for next time.

Your data

Your business's content is yours. You authorize us to process it only to provide the service. The privacy policy explains how we handle data, including the anonymized usage log. The company's work recipes (skills) are written by the team, and the product does not let you edit them; the account export includes these recipes. The Vereda brand and software belong to BBI.MEDIA.

In the inbound channels (WhatsApp history and the company e-mail), the company is the controller of the data of customers and third parties, and BBI.MEDIA is the processor, which handles this data on behalf of the company and only under the company's instructions. See the details in the privacy policy.

Review of the company's recipes

BBI.MEDIA reviews the company's recipes (skills), that is, the instructions the team writes and uses in your workspace, to keep the quality of the work and the security of the service.

  • When needed, BBI.MEDIA may edit one of the company's recipes, for example to fix a mistake or close a security risk.
  • For each edit, the team leader tells the owner in the chat (and on WhatsApp, when it is connected), with a summary of the change.
  • The review covers the recipes only. BBI.MEDIA never reads the conversations of your team or the messages of your customers.

Cancellation and deletion

  • You can cancel at any time in Settings, under Subscription. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
  • After that, the workspace stays paused. If you paid for at least one month, the data stays for 90 days, and we e-mail you 30, 7 and 1 day before deleting it for good.
  • If the account never left the free trial, the data stays for 30 days, with notices 7 and 1 day before.
  • If you pay again before then, everything comes back as it was. You can also export and delete the account in the settings.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Vereda up, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or because of failures in third-party services. The service may change and gain or lose features over time.

Limitation of liability

  • Our total liability for damages related to Vereda is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
  • We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or other indirect damages.
  • You are responsible for the actions you approve, or leave approved, and for the content sent on behalf of your business.
  • Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

Before a relevant change to these terms applies, we tell you by e-mail. Each version has a number and an effective date at the top of this page.

Governing law and venue

These terms follow the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code and the LGPD, where they apply. The courts of Barueri/SP, Brazil, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may use the courts of your own domicile (Consumer Protection Code, art. 101, I).
